BELEN sound journey

During this session you will be in a state of deep relaxation (an optimum state for our innate healing powers to take effect) which allows the body to pick up the vibrations it needs to help shift blocked energy and restore the body's natural frequencies. Our sound journey is mainly shamanic style. We will play some hang drum and singing bowls at the beginning but then we will introduce shamanic and ancestral instruments such as didgeridoo, Native Ame-rican flutes, shamanic drum, rattles and shakers, rain stick, bird whistles, and we will also do powerful wild singing and overtone singing. During the session you will be lying down on the floor covered with a blanket with your eyes closed. Sometimes we will walk around pla-ying our instruments next to you. Always tell us if you have any physical o mental issue that we have to consider or if you are sensitive to some instruments. We offer these sound jour-neys under the name Earth Sound Medicine, a project about reconnecting us to our true essence through Earth vibrations, wild singing and ancestral sounds.
